Make a two-digit number that is a multiple of 4 using the numbers that are on the faces of the dice.

The numbers on the face of the two dice are 4 and 6.
Using these two digits, we can make 2 two-digit numbers, i.e. 46 and 64.

Among 46 and 64, only 64 is a multiple of 4.
Thus, the two-digit multiple of 4, formed using digits present on the given dices will be 64.
