When there is more than one adverb in a sentence, the adverbs are placed in the following order: manner, place, frequency, time, purpose and so on.
In the given sentence, the adverb of manner 'quickly' is placed before the adverb phrase of place 'down the street'. It follows the above order. Hence the sentence requires no change and option A is correct.
Option B is incorrect because the adverb of place should not be placed before the adverb of manner. The given sentence is preferred over option B.
Option C is incorrect because of the same reason, the adverb of place 'down the street' cannot be placed before the adverb of manner 'quickly'.
Similarly, Option D is incorrect. Also, the adverb of place modifies the subject rather than the verb.
