Solution

Some of the expressions formed by 6, 8 and 9 are as follows:

(a) 6×(9-8)

(b) 6×(9+8)

(c) (9+8)×6

(d) (9-8)×6

(e)(8+9)×6 [ This expression will give same result as the expression (c) but addition is commutative in nature ]

(f) (9-6)×8

Therefore, 6×(9-8), 6×(9+8), (9+8)×6, (9-8)×6, (8+9)×6, and (9-6)×8 are the some of the expressions formed by 6,8,9

respectively.
