No. I do not agree with this statement. Management is not a full-fledged profession. The points in support of my answer are:
(i) Professionals have a well-defined body of knowledge which is not there in the case of management
(ii) The entry into a profession is restricted
(iii) Usually, the professionals work with the Service motive
(iv) There exists a code of ethics which every professionals have to follow.
