Management is a series of continuous or never-ending functions. All the functions of management are performed simultaneously and continuously. Planning, organizing, staffing, directing and controlling are performed by all the managers all the time. One day a manager may be planning to do a work and next day he may be solving the issues of the employees and the third day he may be planning again.
