Management, being a goal oriented process, provides an organisation with vision, that is, it enables the organisation to plan for its future objectives and also, to achieve them within a desired time period. Using its decision making skills, the management also provides organisation with appropriate judgement in various stages of business cycle of the organisation. Hence we can say that 'Management provides judgement and vision' to an organisation.
