(B)The fibrous mesocarp commonly called as husk is the sclerenchymatous tissue helps in a dispersal of fruit by water (Hydrochory). It helps the fruit to float.
(C)The fibrous mesocarp is used to get coir and widely use commercially in making ropes and mats.
