Solution

The correct option is C 23.75%
Selling price of 25 dozens of banana = 25 × 80 × 120% = Rs. 2400

Selling price of 15 dozens of banana = 15 × 80 × 130% = Rs. 1560

Total selling price = 2400 + 1560 = Rs. 3960

Total cost price = 80 × 40 = Rs. 3200

Profit = 3960 – 3200 = Rs. 760

Profit percentage = (760/3200) × 100 = 23.75%

Hence, option C is the correct.
