Money spent on transportation = ₹340
Total CP = ₹12,160 + ₹340 = ₹12,500
SP of the iron safe = ₹12,875
Profit = SP − CP = ₹12,875 − ₹12,500 = ₹375
∴ Profit% = $\frac{\mathrm{Profit}}{\mathrm{CP}}\times 100\%$$=\frac{375}{12500}\times 100\%=3\%$
