Solution

Number of equal partitions in the chocolate = 12

Fraction of chocolate given to Raji = 14 of whole chocolate
14 of 12=14×12=12÷4=3

Fraction of chocolate given to Sugatha = 13 of whole chocolate
13 of 12=13×12=12÷3=4

Fraction of chocolate given to Sheela = 16 of whole chocolate
16 of 12=16×12=12÷6=2

Partitions of chocolate got by Manju = 12 - 3 - 4 - 2
= 3

Thus, Manju gets 3 partitions, Raji gets 3 partitions, Sugatha gets 4 partitions, and Sheela gets 2 partitions.
