She will go to all the 3 classes on the day which is LCM of 6, 12, 18.

$\begin{matrix} 2 & 6, 12, 18 2 & 3, 6, 9 3 & 3, 3, 6 3 & 1, 1, 3 1, 1, 1 \end{matrix}$

LCM $= 2 \times 3 \times 2 \times 3 = 36$

If she is attending all the three classes on 1st April then she will attend all the three classes after 36 days which is 7th May.
