$$\begin{gathered} =\frac{-2}{3}-\frac{4}{5} \\ =\frac{-2}{3}+\left(\frac{-4}{5}\right) \\ =\frac{-2\times 5+\left(-4\right)\times 3}{15} \\ =\frac{-10+\left(-12\right)}{15} \\ =\frac{-22}{15} \end{gathered}$$

Hence, the correct answer is option (b).
