  1. Each lobule of liver is covered by a thin connective tissue sheath, Glisson's capsule. The mammalian liver also contains phagocytic cells known as Kupffer cells which engulf dead WBCs, RBCs and pathogens.
  2. In thecodont dentition, the base of the tooth is enclosed in jaw sockets.
  3. There are three pair of salivary gland in human being sublingual, submandibular and parotid. The parotid glands are the largest and are located near the ears. Submandibular or submaxillary gland are medium sized, while sublingual glands are the smallest, which is situated beneath the tongue.
