Solution

The correct option is D Calcaneum
The scaphoid is one of eight small bones that make up the “carpal bones” of the wrist.
Lunate is a crescent-shaped carpal bone situated in the centre of the wrist and articulating with the radius.
The pisiform is a sesamoid bone, with no covering membrane of periosteum. It is the last carpal bone to ossify. The pisiform bone is a small bone found in the proximal row of the wrist (carpus).
The calcaneum is the large bone forming the heel. It articulates with the cuboid bone of the foot and the talus bone of the ankle, and the Achilles tendon is attached to it.
From the definition above we can find that scaphoid, lunate and pisiform are bones in the wrist, where calcaneum is a bone of the foot. So, the correct option is D.
