Discount% = 20%

Discount = $\frac{20}{100}\times 52000$ = ₹10400

Now, selling price = 52000 - 10400 = ₹41600

Rate of GST = 12%

So, rate of CGST = 12% $÷$ 2 = 6%

$\therefore$ CGST to be paid

= $\frac{6}{100}\times 41600$ = ₹2496
