Discount% = 20%

Discount

= $\frac{20}{100}\times 5200$ = ₹1040

Now, selling price = ₹5200 - ₹1040 = ₹4160

GST rate = 12%

$\therefore$ CGST to be paid = $\frac{6}{100}\times 4160$ = ₹249.6
