Solution

Let assumed mean be 13
Arithmetic mean =13+⎢ ⎢ ⎢ ⎢(413)+(2113)+(1313)+(1713)+(513)+(913)+(1013)+(2013)+(1913)+(1213)+(2013)+(1413)12⎥ ⎥ ⎥ ⎥

=13+812
=13+0.67
=13.67

Now let assumed mean be 14
Arithmetic mean =14+⎢ ⎢ ⎢ ⎢(414)+(2114)+(1314)+(1714)+(514)+(914)+(1014)+(2014)+(1914)+(1214)+(2014)+(1414)14⎥ ⎥ ⎥ ⎥

=14+[412]=13.67

Yes, 9 got the same result.
