Length =8 cm, Breadth = 6 cm, Height = 2 cm.

The total surface area of the box = 2(lb + bh + hl)

= 2[(8 $\times$ 6) + (6 $\times$ 2) + (2 $\times$ 8)] $c{m}^2$

= 152 $c{m}^2$

The area of each sheet of the paper = 2 $\times$ 2 $c{m}^2$

= 4 $c{m}^2$

Therefore, number of stamps required =( total surface area of gift box/area of one stamp) = 38
