The correct option is B P - iii,‌ ‌Q - i,‌ ‌R - ii,‌ ‌S - iv‌ ‌
A biome is a large community that includes vegetation and wildlife adapted to specific climate conditions.

Tropical rainforests are found near the equator and have high average temperature and humidity (the amount of water vapour in the atmosphere). They are characterised by more rainfall (over 200 cm per year). This biome is very warm with an average daily temperature of 28°C. They maintains a constant temperature around the year. Examples of organisms include trees like mango trees and animals like rabbits, foxes etc.

Desert biomes are hottest, they receive least rainfall (less than 50 centimeters per year) of all the biomes. Temperatures in this biome vary greatly between day and night. It is extremely hot during the day and very cold at night. Examples of organisms include plants like cactus and animals like camels, snakes etc.

Coniferous forests consist mostly of conifers, which are trees that have needle-like leaves and cone-like appearance so that snow does not collect on leaves. They are present in relatively cold regions and have moderate precipitation mainly in the form of snow. The average winter temperature is -40°C to 20°C, while the average summer temperature is 10°C. Examples of animals in this biome include porcupines, deer, squirrels etc. They are found in the cold regions of Asia, North America and Europe.

Temperate forests have moderate rainfall and temperature. The average temperature is 10°C. The leaves are broad and trees are very tall. They average 30 to 60 inches of precipitation a year in the form of rain and snow. Organisms include plants like maple, oak and animals like raccoons, opossums, porcupines etc. Such forests are present in areas like America, New Zealand, Asia and Australia.
