NF3 is not hydrolysed because of the absence of dorbital in N or F. PF3 is not hydrolysed because PF bond is stronger than PO bond. NCl3 is hydrolysed due to hydrogen bonding between N of NCl3 and H of H2O. AsCl3 is hydrolysed by nucleophilic attack by H2O on As which has very low electronegativity. All the four have lone pairs on the central atom. So they act as Lewis bases.
PF3 and AsCl3 can act as Lewis acid by accommodating an additional pair of electrons on the central atoms in their vacant dorbitals.
