Solution

The correct option is B A-1, B-3, C-2
  • Sir Mortimer Wheeler - Aryan attack - According to his theory Indo-Aryans destroyed the Indus civilization. But it was later proved wrong by the excavations form the Harappan site.
  • Robert L. Raikes - Tectonic disturbance - According to him floods destroyed the civilization. River Indus was flooded suddenly because of tectonic disturbance. At some places, silt deposits up to 30 ft were found by Raikes.
  • Lambwek - Ecological change - He suggested that because of the change of course of Indus river & ecological instability of the river near the Indus areas caused the decline of the civilization.
