Solution

The correct option is B aiii, biv, cii,di
Bioassay is a sensitive and specific test that determines the biological activity of hormones by measuring its effect on a specific part of plant material. The Avena curvature test is a bioassay for auxin that measures the angle of curvature of a decapitated coleoptile after placing an agar block containing auxin on one side. Dwarf corn test is bioassay for gibberellin. It is based on the principle that gibberellin causes elongation of the internodes. In corn, it also increases the length of the leaf sheaths surrounding the internodes. Length of the leaf sheath is directly proportional to the gibberellin concentration. Cell division tests is a bioassay for cytokinin. Colouring test lemon is used to detect ethylene. Ethylene will color lemons.
So, the correct answer is 'aiii, biv, cii,di'
