Barr body is a sex linked inheritance found in female somatic cell in cyclons. It is an inactivated,condensed X chromosome found in female cells. Female has two X chromosomes.One of the X chromosome is active and another one is inactivated in a process called Iyonization,becoming a Barr body.

Purkinje cell is a large neuron with many branching extensions that is found in the cortex of the cerebellum of the brain and that plays a fundamental role in controlling motor movement. They are unique type of neuron specific to cerebellar cortex.
