i) Given polynomial is
15x4+0.5x3x2+2x+8.

Expressions which are separated by + or - symbols are called as terms.

Here, number of terms are 5.

ii) A quantity representing the power to which a given number or expression is to be raised is called an exponent.
So, exponent of 2x is 1.


iii) The constant term of a polynomial is the term whose value cannot be changed. So, 8 is the constant term.

iv) Coefficient of x4 is -15,
coefficient of x3 is 0.5,
coefficient of x2 is -1,
coefficient of x is 2
and coefficient of x0 is 8.
So, sum of all the coefficients is
-15 + 0.5 - 1 + 2 + 8 = -5.5
