Fundus and body of the stomach has oxyntic glands which is composed of three types of cells:
mucous neck cells- secrete mucus, bicarbonate and pepsinogen
oxyntic/parietal cells- secrete HCl and Castle's intrinsic factor
chief/peptic cells- secrete pepsinogen (proenzyme), gastric amylase and gastric lipase
Pylorus of the stomach has antrum which has pyloric glands in it. Pyloric gland is made up of mucous neck cell and G-cells which secretes mainly mucus and gastrin, respectively.
