Solution

Times before midday are numerically same in all the formats.
6 A.M.=6:00

Times after midday are numerically differs by 12 in A.M.-P.M. and 24 - hours formates.

Time (24-hour formate)=(12:00+time after midday)

5 P.M. = 12:00+05:00=17:00

12 A.M. is the start of the new day, hence in 24 - hour it will be 00:00.

12 P.M is exactly midday, it will be numerically same in 24-hour format and it will be 12:00
