Question

Match the following:
Column II gives the order of resistivity for materials in column I

Open in App
Solution

Resistivity will be maximum for an insulator and minimum for a superconductor. So for superconductor resistivity will be 0Ωm. Then comes the value of conductor which is close to 108Ωm. Then comes the value of semiconductor which is in the order of 101Ωm. The resistivity of an insulator is maximum and in the order of 1016Ωm
