Solution

The District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum or DCDRF functions at the district level. These district forums are established by the state government in each district of their states.
The consumer court at the state level is known as State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (SCDRC). This commission also has appellate jurisdiction over district forums within the state.
At the national level, we have the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission or NCDRC. This commission is the apex body of consumer courts.
