From the reference:
I. Eunuchoidism ➡ a. Lack of testosterone - Eunuchoidism results from a lack of testosterone secretion by the testes, that stunts maturation of the primary sexual organs. These immature organs are not functional and cannot be utilised to reproduce. The testes themselves do not produce sperm because testosterone is absolutely necessary for spermatogenesis. In addition, all of the secondary sexual male characteristics are absent, as there is no testosterone to stimulate their appearance.
II. Male hypogonadism ➡ b. Low testosterone - Male hypogonadism is slightly different from eunuchoidism in that some testosterone is secreted, but very little. Deficiency of testosterone secretion before puberty, results in male hypogonadism.
III. Female hypogonadism ➡ c. Estrogen - Female hypogonadism is due to deficiency of hormone or defective ovaries. Deficiency of either estrogens or pituitary gonadotropins (LH and FSH), or both are hormonal causes. LH or luteinizing hormone, and FSH or follicle stimulating hormone are necessary for ovum development and release. Defective ovaries on the other hand, simply do not have follicles, or follicles that do not mature into ovum, despite appropriate hormonal stimulus. The end result is a lack of secondary female sexual characteristics.
IV. Gynaecomastia ➡ d. Estrogen in males - When men start producing excessive quantities of estrogen, they experience breast enlargement, or gynaecomastia.
V. Precocious Puberty ➡ e. Early secretion of sex hormones - This disorder refers to the onset of puberty before the normal age. It essentially means that these organs are too mature for their age and are prematurely producing ova and sperms. For girls, puberty before 9, and for boys, puberty before 10, is considered as precocious puberty.
