Solution

In the 19th century, many Gujjar Bakarwals moved from Jammu to the hilly regions of Uttar Pradesh in search of finer pastures. Most of them go down to the dry forests of bhabhar in Garhwal and Kumaon in the winter. They move to the high meadows, known as bugyals, during the summer.
