Solution

Indira Gandhi suppressed the Khalistan movement by conducting Operation Blue Star at the Golden Temple in Amritsar. Rajiv Gandhi is hailed as the 'Father of Information Technology and Telecom Revolution of India'. Under him, the Centre for Development of Telematics (C-DOT) was established in August 1984 to develop state-of-the-art telecommunication technology. The policy for providing reservations for other backward classes (OBC) is considered to be V.P. Singh’s most important contribution.
