Properties of a Kite:
There are two pairs of equal sides as shown in the figure.
One of the diagonals bisect the other diagonal perpendicularly. The diagonal BD is bisected perpendicularly by AC in the above figure.
One of the diagonals bisect the apex angles. The diagonal AC bisects the apex angles ∠A and ∠C.
