Solution

The ISI, BIS, and AGMARK standards certify that the product conforms to an Indian standard and that it is safe for use. The Bureau of Indian Standards or BIS took over ISI. However, the ISI mark is still used to certify certain products like food, textiles, etc.
It is mandatory for products that concern public health and safety or mass consumption products to get BIS mark. AGMARK is for agricultural products.
