Alpha particles contain 2 protons and 2 neutrons . So their mass is heavier than the other 2 radiations and thus has more inertia and not deviates easily .
Beta particles are electron rays . They have less ionizing power than the alpha particles and less inertia . Thus they get easily deviated in magnetic field.
Gamma rays are neutral particles hence not deflected by any electric field and have very high penetrating power but no ionizing power.
