Solution

When any sulphate salt reacts with barium chloride it forms a thick white precipitate of barium chloride. The reaction involvesd is:

CuSO4(aq) + BaCl2(aq) → BaSO4(s) + 2NaCl(aq)

Dilution of H2SO4 is an exothermic reaction. The reaction is as follows:

H2SO4(l) + H2O(l) → H+(aq) + HSO4 (aq) + Heat

On treating glucose with sulphuric acid it gets dehydrated and forms a charred precipitate of carbon black.
C6H12O6(s) H2SO4−−−→6C + 5H2O
