Solution

The provinces of Delhi Sultanate were divided into Shiqs. These shiqs were headed by Shiqdars. Each Shiqs was further divided into different Paraganas, which were headed by the Amil. Breaking the administration down further, we get the villages in these regions, which had their own panchayats. The headman of these villages were called Muqqadams. The revenue of the village was collected by the Patwari.
