B:N has lowest oxidation state of 0 in P4 element and highest oxidation state of +5 in PCl5 and +3 is found in PCl3.
C:Mn in elemental form has 0 oxidation state, Mn has +3 oxidation state in Mn2O3, and +5 in Mn2O5, whereas it has +7 in Mn2O7, which is very covalent and +4 in Mn2O4.
D:C has 0 in elemental form, +4 in CCl4 and 4 in CH4.
E:Bi has 0 in elemental form, +3 in BiCl3 and +5 in BiF5.
F:Cl has 0 in Cl2 element and +3 in HClO2,+5 in HClO3, +7 in HClO4, and +4 in Cl2O7.
