Pepsinogen is an inactive enzyme secreted by the gastric glands. In the presence of HCl, it gets activated to pepsin.
Pancreatic juice is secreted by the pancreas into the duodenum. It consists of trypsin, amylase and lipase.
Bile is produced by the liver and is stored in the gallbladder. It helps in the emulsification of fats into the duodenum of small intestine.
