Solution

Polymerase chain reaction or PCR is a technique used to amplify a single copy or a few copies of a piece of DNA to thousands of copies of a particular DNA sequence. Transformation is a transfer of genetic material from one bacterial strain to other without establishing a physical contact; bacteria take up the DNA present in the surrounding. DNA ligase is used to join DNA molecules together to form recombinant DNA. Post-translational modification of the protein is done with the help of allosteric ribozymes.
