Solution

The correct option is C A-III-Q, B-IV-R, C-II-P, D-I-S
Big Bang theory was proposed to explain the origin of the universe. According to this theory, there was a huge explosion of a tiny highly concentrated matter of energy that led to the formation of the universe. Origin of the earth was followed by the origin of the universe.

Many theories were proposed to explain the origin of life on earth. One of the most accepted theories is the one proposed by Oparin and Haldane. They proposed the idea of chemical evolution of life. They believed that the first form of life could have come from the pre-existing non-living organic molecules. The first non-cellular forms of life might have originated 3 billion years ago. These non-cellular forms were giant molecules containing RNA, proteins and polysaccharides. The first cellular forms of life would have originated from these non-cellular forms of life 2000 million years ago.

In the Earth's primitive atmosphere as there was no free oxygen, the earliest organisms were anaerobic (survived in the absence of oxygen).

Stanley Miller provided evidence for the Oparin-Haldane hypothesis by performing an experiment. He observed that the inorganic molecules react to form the organic molecules like amino acids.
So, the correct answer is option 'c'.
