Solution

Equatorial low pressure belts are formed near the equator as the temperature is high. Subtropical high pressure belts are formed at 30 degrees latitude in both hemispheres.
Sub polar low pressure belts are formed at approximately 60 degrees latitude in both northern and southern hemispheres. At the poles, as the temperature is low, pressure will be high. So in the north and south polar regions, high pressure belts are formed.
