At absolute zero temperature i.e., at 0 kelvin or $- {273.15}^{o} C$ any conductor offers zero resistance to the current passing through them.
At room temperature, all the conductors have low resistance.
At high temperatures, conductivity of conductors decreases or the resistance of the conductors increases.
