Drift velocity is the average velocity with which the electrons move/drift inside the conductor when there is an electric field applied. Delocalisation is the movement of free electrons inside the crystal lattice, crystal lattice is the arrangement of atoms inside any solid conductor. Electric current is the flow/transfer of electrons. Conventionally, direction of current is opposite to the direction flow of electrons.
