For r = 3 cm and h =7 cm,
Volume of cone,
$V_2=\frac{1}{3}\times \frac{22}{7}\times (3{)}^2\times 7c{m}^3$
$V_2=66c{m}^3$

For $l=25cm$ and $h=24cm$
$l^2=r^2+h^2$
$r=7cm$
Volume of cone,
$V_3=\frac{1}{3}\times \frac{22}{7}\times (7{)}^2\times 24c{m}^3$
