Condition for minimum magnitude of resultant vector , angle of vector should be (θ=180o),Rmin=PQ

Condition for maximum magnitude of resultant vector , angle of vector should be (θ=0o),Rmax=P+Q

RmaxRmin=P+QPQ=31
Dividing the numerator and the denominator by Q on LHS
P/Q+1P/Q1=31
PQ+1=3PQ3
PQ=42=2

P=2Q
