b) CH4(g)
c) NH3(g)
d) H2(g)

Solution

According to Kinetic Theory of gases, very less intermolecular forces are present in the molecules of gas. The maximum intermolecular forces are present in NH3 due to dipole-dipole attraction. NH3 molecule is polar in nature and hence behave as a dipole. Therefore, maximum deviation from ideal gas behaviour is shown by NH3.

Hence the answer is (c).
