Solution

Step 1 : write the given data

Capacity of small milkshake =300mL

Capacity of large milkshake =Capacity of small milkshake +23of capacity of small milkshake

Step 2 : Find the Capacity of large milkshake

=300 +23 of 300 =300 +23 × 300 =300 + 2×3003 =300+6003 =300+200 =500mL

Step 3 : Find who drinks more

Mehak drinks = 23 of small milkshake =23×300=2×3003=6003=200mL

Meena drinks =12of a large milkshake =12×500=1×5002=5002=250mL
