Yes, I agree with the statement.
(i) Breastfeeding provides nutrition (carbohydrates, fats, minerals such as calcium and some proteins) to the new born babies. [1]

(ii) It also provides passive immunity to the newborn by producing antibodies such as IgA in the colostrum. [1]

(iii) The milk is easily digested- no constipation, diarrhoea. [1]
