The correct option is A Two nuclear division and one chromosome division
Meiosis requires 2 nuclear divisions (it goes through prophase, metaphase anaphase and telophase two times). In Anaphase 1 of meiosis the homologous (same) chromosomes separate to either side of the cell, and the centromere is whole. In Anaphase 2, the sister chromatids separate, and the centromere is split (this is the chromosome division), which causes the chromatids to separate.
