a. Women certainly constitute an important workforce in India.
b. However most of them are employed as casual labourers operating in unorganised sector.
c. They are paid less wages as compared to their male counterparts.
d. They also become victim of exploitation and oppression.
e. They also face sexual assault and abuse at the work place.
f.They are victims of injustice and discrimination, who are denied equal access to resources within a family as well as the work place.
